Welcome! This guide will help navigate you through all of what Cuebiq's Help Center has to offer. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible for you. If there is something that needs further clarification or if you have a suggestion, don't hesitate to let us know!

While you are perusing the Clara platform, we want to be able to provide you all the information you need without ever having to navigate away from your data.
To use the widget, you will notice on Clara, a button hovering in the bottom right corner that says "Support."
To open, just click and you will have the information at your finger tips:
The first information you will see will be "Top Suggestions." These are a list of items that are heavily viewed. If what you're looking for isn't included in there, just navigate to the search bar and start typing in your query to find the content you desire. The search will scour our Knowledge Base and you should get what you need from it.
If it isn't successful and you need more information, please select the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page. This will bring you to a menu of items you can reach out directly to the Cuebiq team about.
Click the item that best describes your inquiry and fill out the form associated. A Cuebiq rep will get back to you ASAP!
Our Knowledge Base is comprised of all the articles and content to help you deep dive into our Clara suite. It is curated and updated directly by the Cuebiq staff to ensure that you have the most up to date information.
To get started, navigate to help.cuebiq.com and it will bring you to the homepage of the Knowledge Base. Once you arrive there, you will see categories available to you to click around and find the content you desire.
After you've clicked on a category, you can see the hierarchy of content available to you:
Click on the article that pertains to your subject and hopefully you will find what you need!
If you would prefer to search for the content you need instead, please do so in the search bar under "Hi, how can we help?".
We hope the Knowledge Base is able to help you find everything you need. In the chance that it wasn't, in help.cuebiq.com, there is a Support Center to help guide you to the Cuebiq Support Team. Click the "Request Support" icon below and you will be brought to the Support Center:
