The following steps will explain how to set up and configure Cuebiq's offline event set in your Facebook Manager account. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to your Cuebiq representative.
Once the following information has been provided to Cuebiq, an offline event set will be generated by Cuebiq and shared with your business admin account.
- Facebook Partner Business ID
- The store list
- Campaign Flight Dates
- Campaign Name
- Conversion Window
After your Cuebiq rep confirms that the event set has been shared with your Business Manager ID, you have the ability to share this offline event set with related ad accounts under the business account. If you wish to share the offline event set with an ad account(s), follow these steps.
To enable the offline event set for specific campaigns, first start by hopping into your Ads Manager account. Under the list of campaigns, select the edit button under the respective listed campaigns you wish to have the offline event sets applied to.
Here you'll need to enable offline events for the campaign and then select the respective offline event set(s) for the specific campaign(s).
Once the offline event set is enabled, you'll then enable the "Offline Conversions" column in your reporting.
Once the offline conversion(s) is/are enabled, the respective conversions for the given campaign(s) will begin to appear in the reporting.
